Newcastle Mobility has been made aware of a scam involving someone falsely using our business name, identity and photographs of our showroom.
The scammer has been contacting people via WhatsApp, claiming to be selling an R9 Mobility Scooter and requesting payment using Apple Gift Cards / Apple Cards.

We strongly encourage members of the public to:
Newcastle Mobility will never request payment via Apple Gift Cards or similar gift cards.
Unfortunately, the individuals involved are using our business identity and photographs without our permission in an attempt to appear legitimate.
